Artistic Statement
I have been drawing and writing Manga-style comics since the age of 14. I became inspired by watching cartoons and animations, and later by reading Manga, which partly influenced my unique style.
I also sing and am learning guitar. I have performed in a Metal band previously on an amateur scale and would eventually like to return to the local stage. I am also learning voice acting in my spare time.
I have tourettes which I was only officially diagnosed with in my twenties although there were indications of it previously. I use meditation techniques to reduce stress and am currently studying Reiki which I hope will help me to combat most of the stresses and strains of modern life. As well as an interest in alternative medicines I use my somewhat dark and tongue-in-cheek humour to make light of difficult situations.
